The Londonderry Arts Council will be hosting its annual Fine Art Exhibit on the Town Common. Appropriately called Art on the Common, the event will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2011, and will be comprised of many different forms of artwork.

Art on the Common will feature works of art in the categories of Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor, Pastel, Drawing and Color Pencils, and Mixed Media. Many of the artists are award winning, and even national award winning, artists. There are expected to be over 50 participating exhibitors in this year’s event.

Works of art from each category will also be awarded prizes. Artists will have the opportunity to take home a first, second, or third place ribbon. Winners of first place will also receive a monetary award.

Thank you for all that you do to support local artists.

I have a room avail. in Derry NH, for $250/month and would like for it to be used as an artist’s workspace.
It is sunny, heated, and has a closet, two workbenches,
    and alot more.
If there are any women non-smokers in need of a workspace,
    I can best be reached at: 603 425 3079,
    email :

This is a daytime rental at the moment : 6am – 9pm, then the house
alarm goes on to secure your work.
Would like to renovate so that it can become an artists live- in studio,
within 2yrs. Two friends may rent it together and split the cost,
    $125 each.

Please pass this note on to any artists that may be interested.

    with appreciation,
