Londonderry Tradition of Santa Live Continues

Dec 13, 2011 No Comments by

When you are on your travels this Christmas make sure you stop in and see Santa.  Londonderry has been committed to providing this wonderful chance to meet and greet Santa Claus.  Produced by Volunteers in Londonderry for more than 20 years, Santa Claus has made a special visit to Londonderry just weeks before Christmas. During his visit, children can sit with the jolly man and tell him just what they want for Christmas. Santa will tell the good little boys and girls stories and children can sing along to their favorite holiday songs. But Santa can’t stay long!  The event will later be available on the internet and relatives from all over the country can be part of this memory.

This year, the big man in the red suit will visit the Londonderry Access Center on December 17, 2011 from 1 PM to 3 PM. During this time, children will be able to tell Santa what they want on live television! Santa will also be giving out goodies during the visit!

Refreshments and pictures of your child with Santa will be provided for free. Be sure to stop in and make a memory you or your child may never forget! The Londonderry Access Center is located at 281 Mammoth Road in Londonderry, NH. For more information, please call (603) 432-1147.

While some of these clips are only a few years old, this one is the first taping of the 1989 Santa Live! The children seen here are now in their twenties or thirties and will be able to cherish these videos for many years to come. Imagine giving your child that sort of opportunity!
