A Wicked Storm Moves “Wicked” Art Show to this Friday night.

It was, indeed, a dark and stormy night… and some really wicked weather, Superstorm Sandy, forced the postponement of a unique art show, which comes to Moonlight Meadery tonight (Nov 9) from 5 ‘til 8!

Originally scheduled for the night of the October full moon… the wicked-est time of year, WICKED! Art Fest is a show featuring artworks by accomplished local artists, themed on the Dark Arts, Halloween and Autumn.

Now, storm Sandy has added a twist… Artists have been now invited to bring storm themed works and images to compete for prizes in an additional “Storm” category, judged by show attendees.

Come to the show and take a shot at raffle prizes, including gift certificates for a “Romance Package” at Moonlight Meadery, rounds of golf at Londonderry Golf Course and Gigis Kouzino Pizza.

Entertainment at WICKED! Will be by the Boo Boo Groove band, featuring Mike Lucas on drums, Mike Cloutier on Bass and Nate Grant on guitar.

Moonlight Meadery will hold tastings to showcase seasonal meads and other delights. Start your holiday with some wicked fun and drop in tonight, Nov 9th, from 5pm – 8pm at Moonlight Meadery, 23 Londonderry Road #17, Londonderry NH, just Exit 4 Rte 93. (see map).

WICKED! to feature artwork by Tony Hersey and other accomplished artists.

Participating artists include: Tony Hersey, Susan Hanna, Jennifer Wolf, Laura  Morin, Sharon Allen and Sandra Garrigan.

Other vendors will include: Fine Wine Designs with fun, holiday themed wine bags for sale.  Artworks, crafts and wine will be available for sale.  Entry is free, with donations accepted for the music.

This event will take place rain, snow… or moonlight! Snacks available. Mead and cheese pairings for those over 21 yrs. of age. ID is required.
