This Thursday, June 6, 2013, from 6 until 7:30 PM, Linda Julian, certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and owner of Progressive Nutrition Concepts of Londonderry, NH, will host a special discussion called Foundations of Health.

The discussion will feature diet, digestion, fatty acid balance, blood sugar balance, mineral balance, and hydration. These foundations all have a direct impact on our immune, endocrine, and cardiovascular systems.

“We hope that you will come away with a better understanding of why it is so important to eat nutrient dense foods and what those foods look like,” said Julian. “Optimal wellness comes from within and it depends on how we treat and nurture our bodies. Nutrition fuels us for life yet we tend to take it for granted.”

Foundations of Health will be held at A Market, located at 125 Loring Street in Manchester, New Hampshire. Julian can be contacted at 603-566-8334 or through the Progressive Nutrition Concepts website.

Jacklynn has been a resident in Londonderry since the age of 5. She grew up in a quiet neighborhood and went through the great school system. She has fond memories of bike riding through town in the spring and summer, sledding in the winter, and apple and pumpkin picking in the fall. She now has children of her own and looks forward to raising them in the same town she enjoyed so much as a youth.
