Free Concert features Ken Yates and Brian Dunne

Londonderry Concerts on the Common features Ken Yates and Brian Dunne on Wednesday, July 31st. We again welcome recording artists Ken Yates and Brian Dunne. They both performed for Concerts on the Common last year, and we wanted to get them back for an encore!

Brian Dunne was part of Boston’s music scene for many years before moving to New York City. His pop/rock style is widely influenced by Sam Cooke, Tom Waits and Bruce Springsteen. A simplicity and devotion to his music making craft is what makes Brian’s music so authentic and addicting.

“Ken Yates’ music is solid as stone and clear as mountain air… he proves the future is in very good shape” – Livingston Taylor. Ken went to Berklee School of Music, and, writes songs that are…well, as John Mayer puts it, “Want to hear a great song? (I mean a REALLY great song?)”. Ken just came out with a new CD, and it is spectacular. Ken’s performance is not to be missed!

Jacklynn has been a resident in Londonderry since the age of 5. She grew up in a quiet neighborhood and went through the great school system. She has fond memories of bike riding through town in the spring and summer, sledding in the winter, and apple and pumpkin picking in the fall. She now has children of her own and looks forward to raising them in the same town she enjoyed so much as a youth.
