Londonderry’s YMCA will be participating in this Saturday’s Harvest Fest at the Morrison House Complex. Along with games and fun, the YMCA will be holding a pumpkin carving contest during the event.

Pumpkin carvers who would like to participate can bring their carved pumpkins to the Morrison House between 1 and 2:30 PM. Pumpkins will be judged at 3 PM and awards will be given to first, second and third place winners.

Harvest Fest will take place Saturday, October 19, 2013 from 1 until 4 PM, in conjunction with RE/MAX 1st Choice’s Trick or Treat on Main Street. In previous years, Haunted Harvest, featuring a costume parade and games, was held after Trick or Treat on Main Street. However, due changes made to Haunted Harvest, Harvest Fest was planned.
