Maple Weekend at Peterson Sugar House

It’s that time of the year again in Londonderry. Maple Weekend! Visit Londonderry on Saturday and Sunday, March 22nd and 23rd at the Peterson Sugar House from 12pm-5pm. It located at 28 Peabody Row. Locals and tourists can enjoy tours, and demonstrations at the sugar house. You’ll get to see how maple sap is boiled down on a wood-fired boiler and also see how the syrup is finished and graded by color. You will get to try all kinds of maple goodies such as syrup, candy, cream, and more. Admission is free. This will be fun for all families! Be sure to take home some Londonderry syrup!

Jacklynn has been a resident in Londonderry since the age of 5. She grew up in a quiet neighborhood and went through the great school system. She has fond memories of bike riding through town in the spring and summer, sledding in the winter, and apple and pumpkin picking in the fall. She now has children of her own and looks forward to raising them in the same town she enjoyed so much as a youth.
