Kathy Wagner – Managing Director
Kathy is very active in Londonderry and the southern New Hampshire Region.  An advocate for business growth and a passion for outstanding community services, she brings life to the phrase “Business is Good. Life is Better!” to Londonderry.

Serving as the Old Home Day Chairman since 1999, she has been a Londonderry Town Councilor, Trustee of the Leach Library, Chairman of the Demolition Delay Committee, currently serves as Town Treasurer, and serves or has served on many local boards and commissions.

Steve Young – Operations Manager
Relocating to Londonderry in 1982, Steve was looking to find a community that was close to the high technology beltway in Massachusetts but also had farms and orchards like the one he lived on in Upstate New York.

Steve has raised his children and began his own marketing services company in Londonderry. These ventures allow him to understand both the importance of family and small businesses within the community. He has served, and continues to, on a variety of local boards and commissions, providing him with the understanding of the unique nature of Londonderry.

Jacklynn Woodruff – Office Manager
Jacklynn has been a resident in Londonderry since the age of 5. She grew up in a quiet neighborhood and went through the school system. She has fond memories of bike riding through town in the spring and summer, sledding in the winter, and apple and pumpkin picking in the fall. She now has children of her own and looks forward to raising them in the same town she enjoyed so much as a youth.

Sherry Farrell – Accounts Manager
Sherry has lived in Londonderry since the 1960’s. Her mother was one of the first employees at Mr. Steer Meats. Sherry taught at the Londonderry High School for a number of years and spearheaded the first Career Education Class at the school. She has two daughters of her own with her husband John.

Andy Mack Jr. – Arts and Entertainment and Social Media Specialist
Andy is a Londonderry native, and loves everything New Hampshire. The former radio professional is a fan of old farms and the people who run them. Andy specializes in organizing arts and entertainments events, social media and networking, and writes and consults for farms, artists and charities.

Brandon Cardwell – Producer
Brandon has been a Londonderry resident since he was 6.  Since graduating from Londonderry High School, he is pursuing a degree in Visual & Media Arts at Emerson College.  He enjoys putting his skills to use to help display Londonderry as a place to live, work and play.

Lauren Holahan – Photographer
Lauren has been a resident of Londonderry since 2009 after a family move from Massachusetts. She is currently a student at Londonderry High School Class of 2012. She hopes to pursue a degree in photojournalism or visual arts upon graduation and college education.
