Manufacturing quality building products since 1961 Harvey is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high quality building products. Founded in 1961, Harvey is a privately held, growth-oriented corporation headquartered in Waltham, MA. Harvey manufactures superior quality, attractive windows, doors and patio rooms right here in the Northeast. They have recently constructed state-of-the art manufacturing facility featuring additional automation, an in-house testing lab, and a dedicated recycling area to help preserve natural resources. Harvey is one of the few US manufacturers who designs all of its own window products.
In 2006 Harvey purchased over 43 acres of land on Jack’s Bridge Road and began construction of a state of the art facility located near Exit 5 in Londonderry, New Hampshire. Consisting of over 366,000 square feet of space Harvey has been a welcomed addition to the Londonderry community. The facility was originally located just south of the Manchester Mall. Interesting in expanding, management did not just want a bigger facility with easy access to the region and I93. They also wanted to retain the employees that commuted daily to the Manchester Plant. After the move Harvey Windows retained 100% of the employee base and added more positions to the operation. According to company officials, “Not a single person left the company, our relocation to Londonderry retained our valued workers and provided for future growth.”
On September 12, 2007 Harvey Windows Manufacturing plant officially opened with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with Governor Lynch in attendance. The plant turns out approximately 1500 windows and doors daily which are shipped all over the United States to wholesalers of the Harvey Windows product. Harvey Windows still a family owned business, does not work with retailers but through distributor channels some that have been in existence for generation after generation.
