Start the meal with a salad like a traditional tossed or chef, or try the Chicken Deluxe, Crabmeat Salad, Steak Tip Salad, or the Shrimp Salad. Each salad comes with dressing and fresh baked pocket bread. Sides include Breaded Ravioli, Mozzarella Sticks, Chicken Fingers, Fries, Chili, Grilled Chicken, the Soup of the Day, and Garlic Bread. Club sandwiches at Prosciutto’s include Ham, Turkey, Hamburger or Cheeseburger and a BLT. Pastas and dinners are all served with side salads and pocket bread. Choices include Cheese Tortellini with Prosciutto and Fresh Garlic in Alfredo Sauce, Grilled Chicken with Broccoli and Fresh Garlic in an Alfredo Sauce with Ziti, Veal Parmesan, Eggplant Parmesan, Shrimp Angelina, and Fried or Grilled Chicken. White pizzas, a specialty at Prosciutto’s, are made with white garlic sauce rather than traditional marinara. White pizzas include Florentine, Venetian, and Greek. Regular pizzas include Cheese, One-Toppings, and Deluxe. Gourmet Red Pizzas inlcude the Buffalo Chicken, the BBQ Chicken, the California, and the Meat Lover’s Special. Subs include the Steak Tip, Steak and Eggs, Italian Cold Cut, Prosciutto’s Special, Gyro, Tuna and Homemade Roast Beef with BBQ Sauce. Prosciutto’s also offers catering for up to 100 people.
Prosciutto’s sides range from as little as just over two dollars, up to about seven dollars. Specialty Pizzas are about 18 dollars each, while dinners range anywhere from six to 16 dollars.
Prosciutto’s is open from 11 AM until 9 PM from Sunday to Wednesday and 9 AM until 10 PM from Thursday to Saturday.
