Anheuser-Busch Brewery

Located in Merrimack, New Hampshire, along a scenic countryside, is a local destination favorite catered towards adults young and old. The Anheuser-Busch Brewery offers free tours of their facility, offering an inside glimpse at how Budweiser beers are brewed.

Complimentary tours of the state-of-the-art facility include many facets, from a look at the famous horses to sampling for the 21 and over crowd. The tour begins at Clydesdale Hamlet, where guests can see the Budweiser Clydesdales. Next, visitors can experience Brew Hall and discover how the beer is carefully brewed using high quality ingredients. The tour ends with a visit to the Hospitality Room, where of-age guests can sample the many products.

Visitors, for a fee, can also experience the Brewmaster Tour. This tour is offered in addition to the free one and lets guests see a little more behind-the-scenes action. The tour includes a visit to the Brew House, the Hop Room, the Primary Fermentation Cellar, the Lager Cellar, the Packaging Facility and Quality Assurance. The tour ends in the Finishing Cellar, where guests can sample directly from the finishing tank. A variety of gifts will also be given to each guest.

  • January through April: Thursday through Monday 10 AM until 4 PM;
  • May: Daily 10 AM until 4 PM;
  • June through August: Daily 10 AM until 5 PM and;
  • September through December: Daily 10 AM until 4 PM.

Brewmaster Tours are offered only at specific times:

  • January through April: Thursday through Monday 10:30 AM and 2 PM
  • May through December: Daily 10:30 AM and 2 PM
  • Closed select holidays

Cost for the Brewmaster Tours are $25 per person 21 and older and $10 per person 13 though 21 years of age.
